Tonight I had a wonderful time photographing Sam and Kristin.  They are such a wonderful and HOT couple and I can't wait for their wedding on December 20th. ~ Portrait sessions will be 30 minutes, with our goal being to get the most wonderful photographs for your cards.  

~ You will receive 20 custom designed 5 by 7 Holiday cards.  

~ You will get the digitally enhanced and color corrected file of the photograph you choose for your card  [additional photographs can be purchased]

All of this for $59.

Prom Queen!

Last night Brett and I went to a Halloween party with a bunch of my teacher friends at school.  We had a great time dressing up and hanging out with everyone.  I went as a 1980's prom queen! Haha... I bought the dress 2 years ago and wore it to be Deb from Napoleon Dynamite.  So I have definitely gotten my $6 worth since I bought it at GoodWill.  Oh and I won the costume contest... I made a $12... which means I paid off my dress!!!! Anyway, here are a few pictures of Brett and I from our fun night!

I have NO IDEA why Brett has the gun... it didn't really go with his punk rocker costume!

Happy [Belated] Halloween

Once again I am a blog slacker.  Okay so these photographs are actually from our Masquerade Madness Party for the kids at church last week.  I was a purple fairy and Brett was a punk rocker (his hair is in a Ray- Hawk to support the Tampa Bay Rays)!  I was basically in love with the long fake eyelashes I put on!  

Brett is too adorable!!!!  Oh I mean PUNK!!! haha

No pumpkin picture because we didn't find any that weren't rotten.

Disney with Brett!!!

A week ago Brett and I took a trip to Orlando.  We went to Animal Kingdom, Epcot (for 5 minutes), and Disney!  We had such a great day!  Here are some photo highlights from my Canon point and shoot camera.

Lina and James

A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of second shooting with a wonderful friend and fellow photographer, Rachel Estrada!  Lina and James were married at the most gorgeous Spanish Monastery in Miami!  The wedding was beautiful and I loved seeing the way the two of them would look at each other.  You could tell they had a love that can overcome anything.  I loved being at the wedding, but seeing the two of them together made me think about how much I love Brett.  It is nice to be reminded of what I have when I am shooting weddings!  It helps me think about how I need to be more thankful for my wonderful husband, just like this sweet couple was thankful for one another.  Oh and I can't forget to mention that the videographers, Marty and Kenya, were absolutely amazing... Reinhardt Productions - check them out!

Pink Pussycat Flower Shop did such a beautiful job with the floral arrangements!

It is always a wonderful night when you get to do what you love while hanging out with a great friend!  What more can a girl ask for?

My Sister is Gorgeous... Don't you agree?

Okay, now I am not normally one to brag, but I must say that my little sister is STUNNING!!!!!   Yikes. When I was home a few weeks ago, we were able to run outside under an overpass for about 15 minutes and grab these shots.  I think she should ditch nursing and take up modeling!  That's not really true since she is going to be the most amazing nurse that any patient would be blessed to have - I'm sure the male patients will especially like her since she is beautiful!  I am really proud of her.  We went through about a year where we weren't close and it really hurt both of us.  Finally the two of us grew up, stopped being petty, and realized what we have, a best friend and a sister!  Even though she is sooo far away [at school in Arkansas], we have been much closer recently!  I can't wait to see her over Thanksgiving break... and you will see her too, since she is one of my favorite subjects to photograph.  Okay, now that I have gone on and on... here is my amazing sister, Melinda!

Too Tired To Write Too Much

ZZzZzzzZZz.... I am about to fall asleep at my computer, but since I haven't written very much this week I was getting a serious case of Blogger Guilt!  Brett and I had an AWESOME weekend.  We spent yesterday and today in Orlando.  Playing at Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and spending the day with my parents!  It was great, but now I am super tired.  

I have sooooooooooooo much to post.  Hopefully I will post all of these things this week:

3) Second shooter wedding photographs - with one of the best cakes ever!

4) Disney Vacation Pictures

Well I've got a ton to do, but for right now my main focus is getting to bed!  Sleep tight!
